Susan and Steven have lived in their simple ranch house in Stoughton for over 30 years. The kids are moved out and married with families.

What to do? Their friends urged them to buy a timeshare in Florida..."why spend winters in New England?" Well, they do travel a bit every winter, but Stoughton is home and home is where they want to be.

They called krantzform looking for ideas on how to expand their living space. Steven LOVES to cook and really deserves a bigger, better kitchen. A home renovation project in the making.

We hit it off very early in the discussion stage. Their confidence in me grew. They knew I would manage the entire renovation as if it were my own home. They shared their dreams and new ideas flowed. Soon we were creating a great new space... taking care to still fit in the neighborhood.

krantzform introduced them to a great architect and helped them hire the contractors and acted as a purchasing agent for all the appliances and fixtures as well as managing the schedule and budget.

As you can see from the photos, it turned out just fine!
