We begin by discussing your needs and vision for your new project. We listen carefully to your ideas and explore possible options within budget considerations. We’ll share with you a bit about us and give you some perspective on how we work.

Is it feasible?
Step Two costs are determined by the size and scope of the project. We usually begin with measuring your home. If architectural plans of your existing home are necessary and not available, we will get them done for you. Then we usually generate several sketches illustrating many of the ideas already discussed. After further discussions, we will generate cost estimates for some of the options so you can make an educated decision on just how much you want to do. In the end it is important we both have a working idea of your goals, budget, and timeline.

Construction:
Once the decision is made to proceed, krantzform helps you engage contractors and equipment suppliers to get the job done. We’ll review contracts and make recommendations as well as get the necessary insurance binders from contractors. As construction progresses, krantzform monitors progress, insures proper inspection, and does payment authorizations. Regular reports are provided, outlining actual costs as the project is progressing.

Completion:
krantzform follows through by obtaining any necessary certificates and clearances for work done. Applicable manuals and warranties are collected. Installed equipment is tested and familiarization time taken with you. This step-by-step approach keeps you in control and delivers the product you want.
