A Subdivision House Makeover

Krantzform turned a typical box house into a contemporary home for a family of four. We opened up the first floor for a new kitchen and large dining/living area and new entry area as well as three new bathrooms and an addition over the garage for the master bath and walk-in closet.

A Contemporary Townhouse

A move from the Jamaicaway Tower to a Townhouse required quite a bit of modernizing. Beautiful white cabinets  almost in contrast to a wonderfully colorful living room. 

As Simple as Black & White

What started as a simple condo remodel turned in to a full-blown renovation project. Most attention was paid to the new kitchen and bath as well as combining the old small dining and living rooms into one much larger space .

A Contemporary Victorian

A tired 6,000 square foot two-family house was renovated into two Philadelphia-style condominiums and a third artist studio one-bedroom condo was created in the walk-out basement. Check out the video of the great artHouse done by our favorite Realtor, William Brokhof.

The Marston Building in Lowell

This historic commercial building's exterior was completely restored to it's 1890. Inside we create six live/work lofts and two commecial spaces.

Updating a Tired Two-Family in Jamaica Plain

A Total renovation of a two-family home on Dunster Road in Jamaica Plain into two beautiful condos. This was my first use of cork flooring in kitchens. I can
highly recommend it.

My Home in Jamaica Plain

Built in 1921, my house had an 80-year run as a small printing company. At 26' wide and 85' long with 11' ceilings, this single story building makes a great place to live and work.
