Our Portfolio: Let Us Inspire You

We've been active over the years, helping create the spaces our clients dreamed of. From small renovations to large additions, krantzform loves the challenge of understanding how you use your home and translating that into new functional, beautiful space.

Here, we provided a sample of our work. I hope these can inspire you to finally make those changes you've been wanting to make.

As Simple as Black & White

What started as a simple condo remodel  turned in to a full-blown renovation project. Most attention was paid to the new kitchen and bath with and combining the old dining and living rooms into one.

From Simple Ranch to a Grand Home

Vaulting the roof gave us the vertical space needed to create a great room, turning this small ranch into a great home for entertaining.

A 550 Sq' Back Bay Basement Space
Becomes a Condo Hide-away

This tiny space was one of our biggest challenges. A grungy basement on St. Botolph Street was transformed into a beautiful in-city second home.

A Contemporary Victorian

A tired 6,000 square foot two-family house was renovated into two Philadelphia-style condominiums and a third artist studio one-bedroom condo was created in the walk-out basement. Check out the video of the great artHouse done

by our favorite Realtor, William Brokhof.

Originally a barn, now two beautiful condominiums

This hidden gem in Jamaica Plain, set back behind the hustle and bustle of Green Street, was my first major renovation project. We took a completely empty space and created two very special homes, each with private yards and parking.

The Marston Building in Lowell

This historic commercial building's exterior was completely restored to it's 1890. Inside we create six live/work lofts and two commecial spaces.

Updating a Tired Two-Family in Jamaica Plain

A Total renovation of a two-family home on Dunster Road in Jamaica Plain into two beutiful condos. This was my first use of cork flooring in kitchens. I can highly recommend it.

My Home in Jamaica Plain

Built in 1921, my house had an 80-year run as a small printing company. At 26' wide and 85' long, this single story building makes a great place to live and work.

A Two-Family Renovation into Condominiums

This was a very fun project.

I got to design and build two new kitchens, seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, an exercise / entertainment room, an office and turn an attic space into a fantastic
master bedroom suite.

A Two-story Addition Overlooking the Garden

Expanding the kitchen and adding a master bedroom suite to a single-family home in West Roxbury.

Making an Old Kitchen New Again

Breathing new life into a tired space.

The Silk Mill, Pittsfield, Mass.

A Creative Live/Work Village in the Berkshires.
